This is the plain-language version of our Terms. By using BigVoice you agree to the conditions below.
1 · What BigVoice is
BigVoice is a real-time broadcast tool that ingests audience messages from streaming platforms and your in-room audience, summarises them with AI, and helps a presenter respond. We are operated by FOOR.
2 · Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password and any platform tokens you grant us safe. Tell us immediately if you suspect compromise.
3 · Acceptable use
You may not use BigVoice to harass, dox, scrape platforms in violation of their terms, or operate political-disinformation campaigns. We retain the right to suspend accounts found doing so.
4 · Audience content
Messages submitted by your audience are stored under your session and accessible to you as the presenter. They are not used to train models. Audience members can request deletion of their own messages via you, the presenter.
5 · No warranties
BigVoice is provided as-is. The AI summary is generated by a large language model — it may be wrong, miss nuance, or produce surprising output. Don't rely on it for compliance, legal, or medical decisions.
6 · Termination
You can delete your account anytime from /account. We will purge personal data within 30 days; aggregated session analytics may be retained in anonymised form.
